That said, our official policy is a 30 day money back guarantee. If your product is not up to your expectations please send it back to us at the address listed below. RETURNS:

Returns will be refunded onto the same method of payment for original purchase. Please allow 10-20 business days from receiving the returned product for refund to be processed.  No returns outside USA on any equipment. No returns on modified equipment or any equipment that has been damaged.  

HOW TO RETURN THE BAT COZY PRODUCTS:

1. For refunds just package The Bat Cozy back into original box.
2. Write on your invoice "refund".
3. Write the return-to address on the box:

WARRANTY

We offer a 60 day warranty that covers any manufacturer defects. We know some players get a little hard on their equipment (especially after a rough at-bat), for this reason we do not cover any damages caused by misuse of The Bat Cozy.  Tearing and/or ripping on the Compression Strap / Battery Pouch is not covered as it is considered misuse. 

If the return is due to a manufacturer defect, Bat Cozy, LLC will refund all or part (depending on each situation) of your purchase for up to 60 days.  When contacting Bat Cozy, LLC, please send us an email CustomerService@thebatcozy.com with photos and order information so we can better assist you.
